1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "995bdt" refers to the 995bdt website, mobile site, and all associated services and features accessible at https://995bdt.vip.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 995bdt platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 995bdt platform.
• "Balance" refers to the combined real-money funds held in a Player's 995bdt account, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or free spins awarded by 995bdt as part of a promotion or welcome offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to 995bdt is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active account on the 995bdt platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same mobile wallet number — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 995bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held across those accounts, and suspend access to the platform permanently. Players who believe a duplicate account has been created in their name in error should contact support immediately.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. 995bdt reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any stage. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 995bdt account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by another person using your credentials — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 995bdt support immediately via live chat.

2.5 Restricted Territories

Access to and use of the 995bdt platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location. 995bdt makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in all territories. Players accessing the platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status. 995bdt reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits are typically credited to a Player's account balance instantly upon successful processing.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank cards may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 995bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined pending investigation.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players must meet the following conditions before a withdrawal request will be approved: (a) the account must be fully verified; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must have been completed in full; (c) the account must be in good standing with no active investigations or suspended status; (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 995bdt does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

3.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 995bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 995bdt is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

995bdt offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is available to one new Player per household, per device, and per mobile wallet number. 995bdt reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by 995bdt must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before they are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (for sports) or on restricted game categories (as specified per promotion) may not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the 995bdt bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing simultaneous opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus washing"), or using automated software — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and winnings, suspension of the account, and permanent exclusion from future promotions. 995bdt's decision in all bonus abuse investigations is final.

4.5 Promotion Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will be removed from the Player's account automatically. 995bdt is not obligated to provide prior notice of bonus expiry where the expiry date has been clearly stated in the original promotion terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 995bdt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organisers for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a disputed result, 995bdt will follow the official ruling of the sport's governing body. 995bdt reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or in circumstances where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the 995bdt platform are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the rules published by the respective software provider. 995bdt is not responsible for technical errors or malfunctions within third-party game software. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction during a game round, all bets placed during that round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the 995bdt platform. 5.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion between Players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, chip dumping in poker or table games, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. If 995bdt reasonably suspects a Player of engaging in any of the above, the Player's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

995bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (d) bonus abuse or manipulation; (e) collusion or cheating; (f) access from a Restricted Territory; (g) failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe. In cases where closure is due to confirmed fraudulent activity, 995bdt reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending regulatory or law enforcement requirements.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 995bdt will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the remaining balance of a dormant account. Once a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 995bdt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of 995bdt or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of 995bdt.

The 995bdt name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, and slogans are trademarks of 995bdt. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 995bdt.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 995bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

995bdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 995bdt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall 995bdt's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 995bdt account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

995bdt takes the privacy of its Players seriously. The collection, use, and storage of personal information provided by Players is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account and using the 995bdt platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
